[Automatt] St. Pauls Collage: Constructed this digital collage from a bunch of photos taken the other day. This building is just too big for one picture. Any photograph where it all fits in the frame makes it look very small, so I made this, my first photo collage.

[Automatt] Noe Valley Photos: this one of a bird in flight, have been posted to my photo stream. [Craig Cline's News & Views] O’Reilly’s Emerging Technologies 2005 Conference:: “The constraint of having to re-shelve books doesn’t exist in the online world,” he noted. Early web sites like Yahoo attempted to replicate the ontology of the Library of Congress for on-line information, creating categories and then pigeon holing information and links into each. Instead, he argues, on the web it makes much more sense to start with links and build categories around them. “Great minds don’t think alike,” he observed.

[noodlepie] Photostream: I hope folks who are interested in Saigon will find it useful. There's an RSS feed an Atom Feed and a My Yahoo! feed if you like to get your photo-pie that way. Please note, I like photography, but I'm absolutely no pro, so most of what you see will be crap. I'll try and write explanations to the pictures now and then, but it is time consuming.

[Blog.flickr.com] FlickrBlog: The photo of the pooffy fluffball kitty you see below is placed there simply to lull you into a false sense of security! Stay alert, dear Flickrites, to the rumblings of the dog people! (Like MatthewA, who does take lovely photos of other things.)

[Blog.thylmann.net] Oliver Thylmann's Blog: Photography Archives: Tags are all the rage at the moment and Flickr has been one of the sites that have pushed it hard. Now they added a new features which they talked about here, being tag relatedness. Because (I presume) many people will add several tags for their photos, Flickr knows which kind of tags relate to each other. This opens up the amount of pictures you will find immensely.
