[Jcwinnie.biz] After Gutenberg: Note: The Energy Blog has a nice summary on the status of the Reva electric car. Given that it can operate at speeds greater than 25 MPH, I question whether it would qualify for the Low Speed Vehicle classification, unless programmed to go slower when sold in the U.S.
